Impressed with the follow up question after I made a decision between surgery and radiation.

Dr Hales is unusually gifted in providing in-depth responses to patient's (sometime voluminous) questions, and providing distinct guidance on next steps. Lung cancer is a very scary scenario, and having his care has been comforting.
