Dr. Rivera has consistently provided excellent care. She is thorough and efficient and familiar with my medical history. She is always pleasant and easy for me to communicate with.

Dr. Rivera has consistently exemplified competence and compassion while I have been under her care for approximately a decade. Her bedside manner is excellent. She puts me at ease. She listens well and shows genuine concern for my well being.

Dr. Rivera is very receptive and engages with me in a conversational way that helps me better express my concerns or questions. I find it helpful when she explains the medical possibilities behind my symptoms and includes me in the process of determining next steps. She doesn't just write a prescription and send me away.

Dr. Rivera was WONDERFUL! I had to find a new primary doctor as my previous doctor left the practice and she referred me to Dr. Rivera. WOW is all I can say. Dr. Rivera took all the time needed to go over my records and get to know me. She did not rush and answered any questions I asked. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient, caring!
