Ashley Davis graduated from The University of Michigan with a B.F.A in Musical Theater. She received an M.S. degree with honors in Speech-Language Pathology from Loyola University of Maryland with a specialty in voice disorders. Ms. Davis’s clinical interests focus primarily in the areas of adult and pediatric voice disorders, disorders of the professional speaking and singing voice, paradoxical vocal fold motion, transgender voice training, motor speech, irritable larynx syndrome and dysphagia.
As a singing professional, Ms. Davis performed with national and international touring companies, opera companies, network television, commercial music recordings, and radio personalities. She taught workshops and master classes nationally and internationally on the professional performing voice. As a voice pathologist and singing voice specialist, her clinical work includes providing voice evaluations and therapy for both the professional and recreational voice user in support of maximal therapeutic benefit.
