Harlan is a preeminent scholar in cardiovascular quality of care and outcomes research who challenges those in the cardiology field to think about how we deliver care in the United States and around the world. He often links to articles written for the lay population, which is of great interest to me as a person who also tries to connect directly with people about heart-smart living.
