Dr. Rosenberg is a native of Baltimore, Maryland. He graduated with honors from Harvard University, and received his M.D. from Harvard Medical School. Following an internship in internal medicine at Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, MA, Dr. Rosenberg completed his residency in neurology at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. After completing his neurology training, Dr. Rosenberg joined the Hopkins faculty in the department of neurology.

Now an Assistant Professor of Neurology, Dr. Rosenberg sees patients with a variety of general neurological issues, but he now focuses his clinical efforts primarily on the treatment of headaches and facial pain disorders. He founded the Johns Hopkins Headache Center at Bayview in 2006 to more effectively serve patients with these potentially disabling conditions.
