Eligibility Verification System

The State of Maryland has imposed furlough days on its employees as a cost savings measure. Many of those furlough days are going to be scheduled contiguous to existing holidays (i.e. Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving). As a result there will be several instances when State offices will be closed. This will delay the transfer of information about new or terminated Priority Partners members. However, the Eligibility Verification System (EVS) will continue to be operational and should be up-to-date. Please check EVS (1-800 710-1447) prior to treating a Priority Partners member to verify eligibility.
