Stacy Suskauer, M.D.

Instructor, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine

Dr. Suskauer obtained her medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in 2000.  She completed residency training in Pediatrics and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati and subsequently completed a research fellowship in Pediatric Rehabilitation Medicine at Kennedy Krieger Institute and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.  

Dr. Suskauer is the recipient of a 3 year mentored research training grant through the Rehabilitation Medicine Scientist Training Program.  Her research interests include the use of neuroimaging and neurobehavioral paradigms to better understand brain-behavior relationships which are relevant to cognitive and behavioral changes following pediatric traumatic brain injury.  Dr. Suskauer’s clinical practice includes the rehabilitation of children with acquired brain injuries and other neurologic conditions as well as rehabilitative care for children with limb deficiencies.
