Problem Solving and CVD Risk Management In Diabetic African Americans

This study will develop a questionnaire about health-related problem solving. The second part of the study will test whether health education groups that target problem solving will improve self-management of blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. This study is not currently open for participant enrollment.
