Please join me in congratulating the following members of the PM&R Achieving Competence Today (ACT) team, a multi-disciplinary team of residents, therapists, physician assistant, and administrative interns working on a quality improvement project.  Their project, addressing patient falls, was awarded a $5000 grant.  Members are:
