Mr. Rose is a 1988 graduate of the University of North Carolina School of Medicine Biomedical Engineering Department’s graduate program where he developed a microcomputer-based system for testing cardiopulmonary function using the multigas rebreathing method for non-invasive evaluation of the effects of carbon monoxide on military crewmen in tanks. He co-authored several publications while with the Clinical Studies Division of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. His experience includes work as the information management lead for the Department of Clinical Investigation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
He has been the biomedical engineering consultant, co-investigator, and a program coordinator for the Biomechanical Research Group since May, 2000. Prior to this he was biomedical consultant and network and automation administrator for the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
