Applications are now open for the Edmond and Mary Regina Lynch Scholarship in the Johns Hopkins Schools of Medical Imaging. Applications are due by Friday, May 31st, 2024. This scholarship is a special opportunity to provide professional growth and financial assistance to applicants. The award will pay the student’s tuition directly to the School of Medical Imaging in four equal payments throughout the 18-month program period. The ideal candidate will demonstrate academic ability and achievement, financial need, persistence and a desire to help others.


Molecular Radiotherapy | Bob's Story

Robert “Bob” Charnley’s carcinoid syndrome symptoms forced him to be homebound and despite multiple surgeries, give up his favorite activities. After multiple opinions, Bob came to Johns Hopkins and was referred to the Department of Radiology for a novel cancer therapy using theranostics.  Invited by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to serve as a standing member of the Radiation Therapeutics and Biology Study Section (RTB), for a four-year term. She is program director of the RISE lab.

Laurence Carroll

Presented at the 266th American Chemical Society Meeting in New Orleans, speaking on “Investigating the Mechanism of Aluminum Fluoride Chelation”. The work has also been accepted for journal publication.
