Updates and December Events at the Genetics Resources Core Facilities

December 1, 2020, 10 - 11 a.m., Zoom Webinar, GRCF Webinar Series featuring Cell Signaling Technology, "Analysis of Epigenetic Marks and Mechanisms in Disease: The Importance of Highly Validated Antibodies & the CUT&RUN Assay." Register here

December 15, 2020, 10 - 11 a.m., Zoom Webinar, GRCF Webinar Series featuring BioLegend, Topic - TBD

December 23, 2020, GRCF Winter Holiday Operation Hours:

  • Early Drop off* required; services will close at 3 p.m.
  • The Core Store will close for pick-ups at noon.
  • All Core Store deliveries will be completed before closing.
  • Biorepository retrieval requests must be submitted by 2:30 p.m.
  • Dry ice will be available 8:30 am - 2:30 p.m.

December 28-30, 2020, GRCF Modified Winter Holiday hours:

  • GRCF will be open 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
  • Early drop off* required each day.
  • December 24-25, 31 and January 1, GRCF Winter Holiday Closed
  • *Early drop off means samples must be:
    • In Blalock & PCTB by 11 a.m.
    • In Bayview & CRB drop boxes by 11 a.m.
    • The Homewood, Bayview, CRB & Blalock 1001A locker drop off locations will be processed the next business day.
