However, Johns Hopkins reserves the right to remove any such postings that contain objectionable or inappropriate content.

Know the Policy for Using Logos and Trademarks. Johns Hopkins logos and trademarks may only be used with explicit permission in writing from Johns Hopkins Medicine Marketing and Communications (http://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/administrative/marcomm.html). If you are authorized to represent Johns Hopkins Medicine, branding support may be found at (http://brand.hopkinsmedicine.org) with your JHED login credentials.

Be Professional. When you represent Johns Hopkins Medicine, its brand or services online, act professionally and speak respectfully about Johns Hopkins Medicine, current and potential employees, faculty, customers and competitors. Avoid behavior that reflects negatively on Johns Hopkins Medicine’s reputation. In addition, do not misuse copyrighted materials, and avoid unfounded or derogatory statements or misrepresentations.

Use of Name by Vendor, Contractor or Contracted Employee. Vendors, contractors or contracted employees who want to mention Johns Hopkins Medicine in social media must adhere to the terms of the signed agreement with the appropriate Johns Hopkins Medicine entity regarding use of name.
