2015 Johns Hopkins USFHP Member Satisfaction

The results are in…

At the Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan, we’re committed to optimizing our members’ satisfaction with all aspects of their health plan and health care experience. And based on the results of our member survey conducted last spring, we are meeting that goal.

We’re proud to report that USFHP has once again earned top marks in member satisfaction—well above the national average assessed by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).

“We’re extremely gratified by the survey results,” says Mary Cooke, D.H.A., vice president of the Johns Hopkins US Family Health Plan and strategic military alliances for the Johns Hopkins Health System. “We are pleased that our beneficiaries gave Johns Hopkins USFHP top scores in four vital areas: rating of health care, rating of personal doctor, rating of specialist and rating of health plan (see graph). We strive to improve the lives of our plan members by providing access to high-quality, patient-centered health care.”

Based on survey results and other criteria, NCQA ranked USFHP the No. 2 Health Insurance Plan in Maryland.

The 2015 survey results are reviewed with leadership to identify new opportunities to provide the best service and care for our valued members.
