June Marlin Falb
Vice President of Development
June Falb is originally from Upstate N.Y. where she started her career coordinating activities and leadership for national alumni clubs for Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a major engineering school. Following this she spent several years as a development director and regional director in several major Jewish organizations including the Jewish Federation of Northeastern N.Y. and Washington, D.C., the Jewish Community Center of Greater Washington as well as the Anti‐Defamation League. Ms. Falb was instrumental in establishing Women’s Philanthropy programs in these organizations in addition to creating several large scale fundraising events.
Ms. Falb has worked at the National Zoo as the major gifts manager where she was responsible for securing significant contributions for the Zoo’s Capital Campaign. Most recently she was the Director of Leadership Gifts for the American Health Assistance Foundation, a national organization which raises fund for global research to fight Alzheimer’s, glaucoma and macular degeneration.
As Vice President of the Suburban Hospital Foundation, Ms. Falb spearheads fundraising initiatives for the campus enhancement project and other clinical programs as well as supporting ongoing efforts to establish a stronger culture of grateful patient philanthropy. Through cultivation and stewardship of a wide range of major donors, June will help ensure a level of charitable giving necessary to fuel the success of our organization and fund the future of medicine in our community.
Ms. Falb is a graduate of Russell Sage College and is a member of the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy. She and her husband live in Bethesda with their two children.
