Your enrollment in the postdoctoral fellows benefit plans will terminate at the end of the month in which your appointment ends unless you take action to extend these benefits.  Your group life insurance policy may be converted to a term life or whole life plan within 60 days of termination.  For important information on life insurance conversion, click here.  Disability insurance may also be converted to a direct pay basis with UNUMProvident within 31 days of termination. The Benefits Service Center will send you instructions to access the online orientation and benefits kits regarding faculty benefits. The information will be sent to your Hopkins email account or, if that information is not available, to your home address as recorded in payroll. The benefits offered to faculty exceed those offered to fellows. Any questions regarding faculty benefits should be directed to the Benefits Service Center at 410-516-2000 or e-mailed to [email protected].

ID Badge

Report to the ID Office, 108 Harvey Building, Johns Hopkins Hospital, for issuance of a faculty ID badge.
