Erin Michos Named Co-Editor-In-Chief of the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology
Erin Michos, MD, MHS, an associate professor in the Division of Cardiology, has been named Co-Editor-In-Chief of the American Journal of Preventive Cardiology, which was launched last year by the American Society for Preventive Cardiology and is dedicated entirely to preventive cardiology. Michos also is Director of Women's Cardiovascular Health and the associate director of preventive cardiology with the Johns Hopkins Ciccarone Center for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease. "I have been with the journal since its conception and infancy as an associate editor," Michos said in a news release statement. In this new co-EIC role, I look forward to helping shape the vision for the journal's future and bringing my own ideas and energy to the field."
