Appointment and Procedure Updates
We are updating some appointment and procedure practices to help lessen the spread of the new coronavirus and COVID-19.
- Many Johns Hopkins patients and new patients may now have the option to have a video appointment (telemedicine) with their provider, depending on their healthcare need. If you do not have a device to use for a video visit, you and your provider may decide that a telephone call will meet your needs.
- For new patients, please call the department for the service you need.
- Existing patients can visit MyChart to schedule a visit.
- In some cases, appointments or procedures may need to be rescheduled. If there are changes to your care, your provider will contact you.

If you have a cough, a fever or difficulty breathing, and you are worried that you may have COVID-19, contact your primary care provider and follow these recommendations. If you are pregnant, also reach out to our office via MyChart.
