Meditation and Mindfulness: Practices to Help Regulate the Stress Response after a Cancer Diagnosis
Join others affected by a cancer diagnosis to learn about and practice Mindfulness Meditation, which has been shown to be effective in reducing stress, anxiety and loneliness and in improving sleep and boosting the immune system. Anyone with a history of cancer, their family members, and caregivers are welcome.

Yoga for Cancer Survivors
Weekly meditative, gentle and restorative yoga using mindful movement, balance and breathing techniques to help men and women with a history of cancer to reduce anxiety, improve quality of life, and regain sense of self. Classes are Mondays at 7 p.m.
Chair Yoga for Cancer Survivors
Weekly meditative, gentle and restorative yoga designed for men and women with balance issues, who have difficulty getting down to and up from the floor. Classes are Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
Chair/Mat Combo Yoga for Cancer Survivors
Weekly meditative, gentle and restorative yoga designed for those wishing to work on increasing strength and balance, and benefit from the support of a chair. Classes are Fridays at 1 p.m.
