Background

Dr. Phyllis Campbell earned her M.D. from the University of Maryland Medical School. She then completed an internship and residency at Sinai Hospital. She joined Signature OB/GYN in 1988. Board certified in 1990, her special interests include gynecological ultrasound, problems and symptoms associated with menopause and patient management. She was named to Chesapeake Magazine's 2011 List of Favorite Doctors. Dr. Campbell is a former Department Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Howard County General Hospital and is currently one of the two clinical leads within the Signature OB/GYN practice.
