Dr. Li was thorough. He discussed the possible causes for my condition and ordered the appropriate tests. In all, I felt confident in his ability to help me and comfortable with his suggest plan of care.

Dr. Li is very concerned and attentive about my Freys syndrome condition.

He was very patient and listened to what my husband and I had to say. I liked that he was interested in things I liked to do and the area where we lived. Also he shared how he could relate to my interests.

I felt that he was competent, but his communication skills were lacking. For example, when he asked me to perform something, his style was military, as if he was barking out orders. It was unsettling.

Very standard AMA approach. Thorough, personally performed testing. Takes his time n discussions.

My only issue was that Dr Lee - when he told me to my shoes on could have told me I was not candidate for Botox
