I really like Dr Mross. She's easy to talk to and remembers me and my idiosyncracies. We laugh, but we get down to business and I usually "follow doctor's because I trust her and know that she's got my best health interests in mind.

Dr. Mross was very good in my routine and follow-up appt. She very concerned with my overall healthcare plan. She also informed about upcoming vaccines / alternative diet plans.

De. Mross is always fantastic. She's thoughtful, courteous, professional, and so down to earth. I am luck she's my doctor.

Dr.Kerri An Mross is an Excellent Doctor.

Very concerned about my health, and the care received. Orders tests when needed, and when I request one when I think I may have an issue going on in my body. She really shows care and concern as to my health & treatments. I have really grown to appreciate her for this, and she always allow me to have a 'say' In my treatment process.

I've been dealing with this injury quite sometime the pain persisted over years with no pain medication and until now surgery. Also Doctor prescribed me a walking boot which in turn cause a tear in the bottom of my foot. I am very disappointed that the doctor didn't not inform me thst the walking boot causes this injury after he prescribed me with it.

Very thorough. Received timely follow-up comments about blood tests. My appointment did not start on time as it usually does. I was informed that there was a situation that required extra time with a patient. The delay was about 15-20 minutes, not very long.

Dr. Mross and the team at Remington are very good and have recommended to friends/family. There was a question re follow up on test results. The labs were just over 24 hours ago. I received results through MyChart and Dr. Mross is always great about following up soon after. Keep up the great work!
