Background
Mahsa Salehi, O.D., F.A.A.O, is a retina specialist and assistant professor of ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute's locations in Baltimore and Columbia, Maryland.
Dr. Salehi provides services specializing in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases and post-operative surgical care of conditions including macular degeneration, retinal detachments and tears, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, and cataracts. She also performs eye examinations and contact lens fittings.
She earned her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, completed her residency in ocular disease at The Eye Institute in Philadelphia and received medical retina fellowship training at the Wilmer Eye Institute. Dr. Salehi is also a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry.
