Dr. Turner was so pleasant and made me feel comfortable during my exam. The nurse assistant (I can't remember her name was also pleasant. They were both excellent and I will be scheduling my future appointments with Dr. Turner.

Experienced, knowledgeable. Good, open, and thorough communication would be great; it's okay, but could be a little better. Also, thoroughness is sometimes little less than I felt it should be. Past procedures, these things (less thoroughness, less open and full communication) are what I experienced. The most recent office visit was good, though.

Dr. Turner took the time to listen to me and my problem and explained to me what medical tests she needed and when she would get back to me with the results in order to give me a diagnosis and the next steps. She did a biops and explained that the biopsy may be painful and showed me the tool she would be using and how it would work. Very friendly and personable.

Everything was great. My only complaint is I was waiting a while in the exam room before the provider could see me.

I'm confident in the care Dr. Turner gives and feel comfortable in sharing my concerns with her.

Dr. Turner was caring, always with a happy smile based on my last 2 visits with her. I felt as much as she would like to spend time with me explaining the process of my care, she is time conscious. Her time with me in my opinion felt rushed. She had to speak quickly about the process of my care, because she had other patients to attend to.
