I was met at the desk at check in and was greeted kindly. I had some more paperwork that I needed to complete other than what I completed online but realized I forgot my glasses and was having difficulty reading the paperwork. The one lady helped me by reading the questions and showing me where to sign. She was wonderful!

He was friendly, provided me with one of his business cards and told me to contact him if I had additional concerns. He discussed options and asked what I preferred to do. He never rushed me, and he answered all of my questions.
