Dr. Bergen's is a wonderful physician that has been providing care for a complex issue. I have seen him over several months and he has been diligent in the care he has provided. He has also been responsive if I have had questions through MyChart, which I appreciate.

He is a very good physician, however, he sees too many patients in a day therefore patients are made to wait for hours before they are seen.

The provider did address my concerns and explained the procedure to me, but it did seem like he was a bit rushed for time. I understand that's probably because he has so many visits that he has to complete in a day, and some of that is probably out of his control, but I'm wondering if he may be able to limit the number of patients he sees in a day, and then he could provide patients with more time for their visits.

Dr. Behrens is, simply, first rate. He spends sufficient time, he informs what will happen, there are no surprises and he clearly knows his area of expertise.
