This was the first time seeing this provider at the recommendation of my PCP. Based on the visit, no follow up care is needed so will likely not see again. All this to say, it was a good Dr's visit, but the responses seem a bit arbitrary as there is no real Dr/patient relationship. To the question that asks how long since the last visit to this provider I would add "This Is my first visit to this provider" as an option.

Overall it was a good visit, but I had originally made the appointment to have a mole check, and because I had another skin condition that had occurred since I made the appointment many months ago, that became the focus of the appointment and my moles were not looked at. I think this just got overlook because my other condition was so bad.

Dr. Shargi provided comprehensive, caring environment with detailed focus on taking care of any issues.

I try to check in with Sharghi every year for a skin cancer check. He is always courteous and professional. I know exactly what is going on and why.
