Background

Jennifer Leah Goetz, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She is double board-certified in general adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. She serves as an attending physician on both our inpatient child and adolescent services and in the eating disorders program. She completed medical school at the University of Florida College of Medicine and her residency and fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School, where she served as administrative chief resident during her fourth year of training. She completed the Clinician-Educator Program and has taught extensively in the medical student, residency, and physician assistant studies program at Harvard Medical School. She has had extensive clinical experience working in eating disorders at the Klarman Center for Eating Disorders at McLean Hospital, in the Massachusetts General Hospital Eating Disorders Clinical and Research Program, and at Sheppard Pratt’s Center for Eating Disorders prior to joining the faculty at Johns Hopkins.
