The provider's advice was inconsistent with advice he gave me prior to this visit. He said wanted me to have physical therapy for hips in preparation of surgery in the last, but at the most recent visit he said surgery was not needed at this time.I didn't understand why he proposed surgery in the first place if he thought physical therapy would helpHe's very confusing.

Dr. Thakkar is the best. Just one week after surgery I'm able to walk and the pain is under control. I have already recommended 3 people to him from PT.

Dr. Thakkar is an excellent surgeon who provided me with a very functional and pain free hip.

I have a longstanding problem with pain that I have seen this provider for many times. He seems minimally interested and did not explain his thinking. A student was with him. I was not asked if that was agreeable. He did not learn much from my visit. I was very disappointed with this visit.

Since I'd already had gel injections in the past and they weren't very effective, I said that I wanted to have surgery so my left knee will be as good as my right one that he operated on last December.
