Excellent!! Dr Hsu listened and respected my concerns. I felt that he was focused on me and didn't treat me like just a number with a bad ankle.

I asked the doctor about the pain in the surgery we were talking about. I said that I was told by many people that it was an extremely painful surgery (bunion correction) He shrugged his shoulders and made no comment.

During each visit with Dr, Hsu, he has shown excellent bedside manner, explained my medical situation well, I have never felt rushed through my appointment, and Dr. Hsu Is a very professional and knowledgeable orthopedic surgeon.

This was my first visit and we are on the front end of assessing situation and best options for moving forward. I thought this first visit was a good sign that the Dr (Hsu) will consider best option as we see what happens with the PT he prescribed.

Nonchalant. Uninterested. Barely did an examination. But to be fair, I am a health care provider and I did come with an MRI. What happened to actually doing an examination to confirm the study? He gave me no confidence that he would be the surgeon I would choose to do my surgery. Sadly, I was expecting more

This was my first time meeting and surging to set up a procedure and conversation about my severe injury, He checked me out with his hands, Show the result of the exam and explained what he believed to be wrong and what needs to be done.

Dr. Hsu did a great surgery on my ankle with very little pain.

Dr. Hsu took the time to go over the MRI from 5/22. He explained the Images in detail and what to expect in terms of recovery time. He outlined best and worst case scenarios for me in plain English without resorting to medical jargon unnecessarily.

Dr. Hsu is my foot doctor. He performed constructive surgery on my left ankle tendon. I am recovering quickly. The ankle and incision feel good. He did a great job.

This doctor is just the best! He is in the same office as my hip doctor who is also a great doctor. He was very kind and didn't make me feel bad about my deformed foot. We discussed a plan as to the best route to go to correct my left foot. He was very honest as to what I could expect.

Dr Hsu saw me for pre-op visit. I was nervous about the surgery but my apprehensions were allayed by his calm manner. I feel he takes as much time as needed with me. I never feel he's rushed. I'm more confident now going into surgery.

Friendly, focused, good listener, actually looked at me during my visit (you'd be surprised how many health care providers I've been to who barely look at me during the visit), felt like the staff talked with me not at me.
