Dr. Strike is one of the most outstanding doctors I have seen at Johns Hopkins (and I have seen some remarkable doctors at Hopkins over the past 25 years). She explains her findings and assessments to her patients, and the reasons that lead to those assessments. Her explanations are models of clarity and precision, without condescension. Her knowledge and expertise are amazing. Her interaction with her patients always reflects her compassion and care for their well-being. She concludes every patient encounter with a plan for next steps, a refreshing practice. I consider it my great good fortune to be her patient.

She is one of the most outstanding Johns Hopkins doctors I have had the privilege of working with. Her knowledge and expertise are first rate, her ability to clearly explain everything to me is extraordinary, and her commitment to leaving every interaction with a patient with an action plan is "as good as it gets".

Dr Strike is a great orthopedic vascular surgeon. She removed my lipoma 2 yrs ago. I went back cause I thought I felt a bump near the old lipoma when I do biceps exercise. She felt nothing & did an X-ray of the R arm, which showed nothing.

Dr Strike is wonderful - totally engaged, making sure I could follow her reasoning by drawing triangles over my fractures to show me how well by degree they were healing (and therefore surgery wasn't indicated.). Dr Strike asked me to come in again in a week for a follow-up. I feel wholly confident being in her care.

Dr. Strike is knowledgeable, compassionate, and personable. I am so grateful my quest for an oncologist led me to her! She asks probing questions and has considered my whole health in follow-up appointments and tracks my follow up appointments with my dermatologist.
