Background
Dr. Veloso joins Johns Hopkins from University Hospitals Case Medical Center, where she was the director of outpatient clinics at the University Hospitals Digestive Health Institute, Westlake. She has special interests in Celiac disease, Colon Cancer, Microscopic Colitis and Inflammatory Bowel Disease.
Dr. Veloso received several commendations in her teaching role at the University Hospitals Case Medical Center, the primary affiliate of Case Western Reserve University, and was an active participant in the Filipino American community where she was a member of the board of trustees for the American Philippine Physicians of Ohio.
