Background
Dr. Kara G. Segna is an assistant professor of anesthesiology and critical care medicine at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. Her area of clinical expertise is regional anesthesia and acute pain management.
She earned her M.D. from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. She is currently a hybrid-faculty fellow in the regional anesthesia and acute pain management division at Johns Hopkins.
