Amanda K. Bicket, M.D., is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute. She specializes in glaucoma. Her research focuses on novel intraocular devices and minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) techniques.
Dr. Bicket received her M.D. from Duke University, where she received the William G. Anlyan Senior Merit Scholarship and published research on computer-automated diagnostics for pediatric eye disease. She completed an internship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center before completing her residency in ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute. Dr. Bicket returned to Duke for a fellowship in glaucoma prior to joining the Wilmer faculty.
