Dr. Mufarrij was super, apologizing for the delay and explaining the cause. He was superb in discussing my problem and describing alternate ways to treat it. In the end he let me decide which of two possibilities I wished to follow. He spent a fair amount of time with my. He was relaxed and conveyed no sense of the need to hurry (as I have experienced with other providers). Overall I could not be happier.
