Dr. John L. Losee is a urologist affiliated with Sibley Memorial Hospital, Georgetown University Hospital, Massachusetts Avenue Surgery Center and George Washington University Hospital. Dr. Losee is certified in urology by the American Board of Urology. He practices out of Urologic Surgeons of Washington, located in Washington, D.C. and Chevy Chase, Md.
Dr. Losee’s expertise includes kidney stones, endo-urology, lithotripsy, urinary incontinence, female urology, prostate cancer, prostate seed implantation, prostate enlargement, voiding dysfunction and vasectomy. Dr. Losee also has special training in minimally invasive sling procedures for incontinence.
Dr. Losee earned his undergraduate degree and medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in general surgery at Georgetown University Hospital, as well as a fellowship in urology.
Dr. Losee is a member of the American Urologic Association. He is president of the Osler Society and serves at the vice president of the board of directors of the Massachusetts Avenue Surgery Center.
