Really have been impressed with Dr. Tam. Think that I've had 5 visits with him over the course of a year. I'm a [ ] and many of my colleagues are physicians. Dr. Tam impresses me with his knowledge, clarity in explanation, treatment plan, taking adequate time to ensure my concerns/questions were addressed, follow-up, and general demeanor. All around excellent provider. Two of my adult family members are now his patients as well.

Dr. Tam is always professional & yet personal at the same time. He asked me about my mental/emotional health and he LISTENED to my concerns being my mother's caretaker at home (she has dementia.) He showed genuine empathy & offered helpful suggestions.

I was a little shock how long I had to wait to check out, it took another person to notice I was standing waiting to be service while the people that were talking or waiting on the phone. I know they were helping other patients? But I believe the human in person should take preference
