Dr Shenoy took over my care this year and this was my first visit with him. He was helpful and kind, answered all my questions. It felt like he was a partner in my care and not the expert (but I'm glad he is!).

Dr. Shenoy is incredibly kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and takes time to answer my many questions in a way that makes sense. He shows genuine care and concern for me and takes time to listen and learn about my rare, complex, and difficult to treat condition - all things I have not always experienced with other providers. He is a gem and I have referred others to him. He is empathetic regarding my sometimes debilitating symptoms and shows appropriate optimism - and was right that I could get better when other doctors said I wouldn't improve.

Wish there was an in-office lab

He even sketched out diagrams as he was explaining certain concepts, and made me feel 100% confident in his medical expertise I knew I was getting the best possible care and attention, which is what every patient wants and deserves.
