Background
Dr. Linton is the Emergency Department Director for Howard County General Hospital. He has served as Vice Chair of Emergency Medicine for Medstar Union Memorial Hospital from 2008 to 2014 and completed his M.B.A. in medical services management from the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School in 2010. Dr. Linton has served on and led a number of hospital based and regional Emergency Medicine committees. In addition, he has served as an officer on the medical executive committee for Medstar Union Memorial and is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Maryland ACEP.
Dr. Linton has several administrative interests including, hospital throughput, patient safety, health information technology, quality improvement and sports medicine.
