Background
Richard J. Kolker, M.D., is an assistant professor of ophthalmology at the Wilmer Eye Institute. He is a comprehensive ophthalmologist, treating a wide range of eye conditions. After completing medical school and residency at the University of Maryland, Dr. Kolker spent over 20 years in private practice before joining the Wilmer faculty in 1998. He is board certified in ophthalmology.
