Background
Dr. Radecki completed medical school at Wayne State University after earning a Bachelor of Science degree at Michigan State University. After an internship in internal medicine at Wayne State, he completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, where he served as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in CT and Ultrasound at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and joined the faculty at Temple University Hospital and School of Medicine in the body CT/MRI/ultrasound section for ten years, and served as section chief.
Dr. Radecki then did a fellowship in Neuroradiology and whole body MRI at Thomas Jefferson Hospital. He then practiced medicine at Drs. Groover, Christie & Merritt at Suburban Hospital and Sibley Memorial Hospital. He has 120 publications, lectures and exhibits, and has served on hospital and radiology quality assurance committees continuously while at Temple and currently at Suburban. He was a certified B reader by the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health from 1986-2016. He has been a manuscript referee for RadioGraphics since 1989, and has also served as manuscript reviewer for RADIOLOGY and Investigative Radiology. In 2011, Washington Consumer Checkbook named him an outstanding doctor in diagnostic radiology.
