Dr. Jared Winoker is an Assistant Professor of Urology in the Brady Urological Institute at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Winoker received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City. He then completed his general surgery internship and urological surgery residency at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, followed by fellowship training in endourology and minimally invasive surgery at Johns Hopkins.
Dr. Winoker specializes in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic, percutaneous, endoscopic, and image-guided approaches. He has expertise in the medical and surgical management of kidney stone disease, upper tract urothelial malignancies, prostate cancer, benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney cancer, and ureteropelvic junction obstruction. His academic interests parallel those of his clinical practice, with special interest in kidney stone disease, prostate cancer, and upper tract urothelial cancers.
