Background
Janet Siddiqui, M.D., is a pediatrician at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Odenton. She also serves as office medical director for pediatrics at the practice.
Dr. Siddiqui grew up in Western New York and completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY at Buffalo. She earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed her residency training at Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, D.C. She has been with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians for over 25 years. She is a fellow of the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Siddiqui completed her MBA in 2020. She also has an interest in integrative medicine and is a diplomat of the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine and is Co-Director for the JHSOM Integrative Medicine Course Curriculum.
Dr. Siddiqui lives in Maryland, with her husband. She has three grown children all working in healthcare fields and has four grandchildren. Along with her volunteer service in the community, she served on the Howard County Board of Education for nearly ten years where she advocated for children in the public school system. In 2011, Dr. Siddiqui was selected as one of “Maryland’s Top 100 Women” by Maryland Daily Record. In her free time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with family.
