Gastroenterologist Brindusa Truta joined Johns Hopkins from the Sacramento VA Medical Center in California, where she was an assistant clinical professor of medicine. Dr. Truta specializes in Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis and has several ongoing projects related to this. She also has expertise in hereditary colon cancer syndromes (HNPCC, FAP). Dr. Truta has authored numerous publications and oral presentations. more
