Background

Dr. Batouli received his Bachelor’s (Echols Scholar- Interdisciplinary Studies) and Master’s (Epidemiology) degrees from the University of Virginia. Subsequent to Medical School at Mount Sinai School of Medicine, he completed his internship at Northwestern University School of Medicine. He completed his radiology residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he was selected Chief Resident.

Dr. Batouli completed his Cross-sectional Imaging Fellowship at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine where he was chosen as "Outstanding Fellow of the Year" by the radiology residents for his excellence as a radiologist and educator. He returns to Johns Hopkins from Mid Atlantic Permanente Medical Group where he was subspecialty chief of Abdominal Imaging. Previously, he was a partner in a private practice, where he served as group treasurer and Chair of Radiology at a community hospital.
