Background
Dr. Pappas takes care of hospitalized cancer and blood disorders patients on the main campus. She joined the hospital staff in 2022.
Dr. Pappas earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed her pediatric residency at the University of California. She also completed a pediatric hematology/oncology fellowship at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.
She was an assistant professor of Pediatrics at Rutgers Medical School and associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at St. George’s University of Medicine. Her clinical and research interests include pediatric oncology and instructing physicians.
