How Your Gift Helps the Johns Hopkins Primary Care Consortium
Your generous philanthropic support profoundly impacts our ability to continue advancing primary care by providing start-up funding for novel research, education, and quality improvement ideas, as well as, helping with innovation designed to improve primary care and health outcomes for the benefit of patients and society. Our broadly collaborative and multidisciplinary academic home needs your partnership to effectively pull together the many of Johns Hopkins' centers of excellence and improve our patients health by channeling creativity, promoting collaboration, coordinating efforts, and investing in innovation.

Charitable Ways to Give
- Cash gifts made with a check or credit card and provide immediate and unrestricted support where the need is greatest. They can be made outright or pledged over a period of up to five years.
- Matching gifts enable employers to either match dollar-for-dollar what you donate, or be more generous and donate two or three dollars to your dollar. Ask your employer's Public Affairs Department for a Matching Gift Form. Simply complete the employee section, and mail the form to us. We will take care of the rest.
- Tribute giving an opportunity to creates a legacy by commemorating family members, friends, or colleagues on special occasion (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries, in-memory-of, or other occasions).
- Gift planning a thoughtful way of giving that meet both your needs, as well as, ours. A representative from either the Consortium or Johns Hopkins Institutions, Office of Gift Planning can provide you information on effective charitable planning options, affording you optimum tax, financial, and philanthropic results.
Charitable giving is very important, and the generosity of private individuals allows Johns Hopkins to continue ongoing efforts, as a leader in innovative and compassionate treatment, groundbreaking research, and cutting-edge education.
