Pharmacology Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Initiative (DEII)

The mission of the DEII is to promote practices that enhance diversity, equity and inclusivity for all members of the Pharmacology Department (students, staff and faculty), without bias or neglect. The DEII serves this purpose through fair representation of all department groups and ongoing evaluation of our environment and practices. When needed, the DEII will make actionable recommendations to the Department Director. The DEII will also sponsor activities that focus on DEI issues relevant to our members.
