The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine Office of Continuing Medical Education strives to provide up-to-date clinical and research information in educational formats such that participants are able to improve their knowledge,skills, attitudes, behaviors, and the clinical outcomes for their patients.

October 22, 2016 - Mastering Orthopaedics in Pediatric Primary Care

This one-day course offered by the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine was  developed to address common pediatric musculoskeletal conditions and provide a forum to discuss office management, and referral criteria in order to enhance the care of pediatric patients locally. This activity was open to pediatricians, family practitioners, internists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, fellows, and residents. The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Credits for this course are also accepted by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners National Certification Program.
