Prescription Home Delivery

THROUGH RITE AID at Wyman Park, you can have your approved maintenance prescriptions—any medication you take regularly—delivered right to your door. 

To tap into the convenience of free delivery to your home, complete the mail order form (available online at: hopkinsmedicine.org/usfhp/MemberForms) and send it in with your new prescription plus a check or credit card number for your copayment. For refills, be sure to include your prescription number with your copayment.

Your prescription order is processed promptly, and you’ll receive most orders within two weeks. To ensure you receive a refill before your current supply runs out, be sure to reorder at least two weeks before you need your refill.
